The Hidden Edit partners with a third-party print-on-demand and fulfilment service, to produce and ship all our fine art prints.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship only to within Australia.
3. Processing and Production Times
Your order goes through two main stages before it reaches you:

Order Processing: We review and submit your order to our fulfilment partner, which typically takes 1-2 business days.

Print Production: Our partner will print, frame (if applicable), and package your artwork. This process can take 3-5 business days on average, but may be longer during peak seasons like holidays.
4. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. All delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Domestic (Australia): Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after production.
Note: These timeframes do not include weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen customs delays for international orders.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your shipping address. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.
7. Undelivered Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if it is not claimed from a postal office, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
8. Delivery Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps in our Refund and Returns Policy immediately.
