Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping is free on every order within Australia. It is built into the price, so there is nothing added at checkout.

the hidden edit works with a specialist fine art print partner to produce and ship every print. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your print is made after you order it.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship within Australia only.
3. Processing and Production Times
Your order goes through two stages before it reaches you:
Order processing: we review and submit your order to our print partner, which typically takes 1-2 business days.
Print production: our partner prints, frames (if applicable) and packages your artwork. This takes 3-5 business days on average, and can be longer during peak periods.
4. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
Standard shipping within Australia takes 3-7 business days after production.
In total, expect your order within 7 to 12 business days. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include weekends or public holidays.
5. Shipping Costs
There are none. Standard shipping within Australia is free on every order, at every size, framed or unframed. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to monitor delivery.
7. Undelivered Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate. If a package is undeliverable because of an incorrect address, or is not claimed from a post office, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
8. Delivery Damage
If your order arrives damaged, follow the steps in our Refund and Returns Policy straight away. We replace it and we cover the return postage.
