Refund and Returns Policy

At The Hidden Edit, we take pride in the quality of our fine art prints and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as each piece is custom-made on a print-on-demand basis, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or for customer dissatisfaction with the artistic style. Refunds and replacements are only offered in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, flawed, or defective.

  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong print, size, or framing option).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order here.

Please include:

    • Your order number.

    • A clear photo or video of the damaged or defective item.

    • A brief description of the issue.

    • We will review your claim and, if approved, will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. In many cases, a replacement may be sent without needing to return the original item.

    • If a return is necessary, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

3. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the damage or defect, we will process your refund.

  • Timeframe: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

4. Replacements

  • If an item is damaged or defective, we will offer a free replacement.

  • We will produce and ship the replacement as quickly as possible.

5. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that are:

  • Damaged by the customer (e.g., misuse, accidents, improper handling).

  • Returned without prior authorisation.

  • Outside the 14-day notification window.
